Qlicktop is a comprehensive dual-purpose platform that combines e-learning and job marketplace functionality for the tech industry. We offer professional courses to help you develop tech skills and a job board to connect talented professionals with employers.

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy:

  • Click the "Sign Up" button in the navigation
  • Choose your account type (Student/Talent or Employer)
  • Fill in your details
  • Verify your email address
  • Complete your profile

Is Qlicktop free to use?

Account registration and job searching are completely free. Course enrollment requires payment, with prices varying by course. Employers can post jobs for free, with optional premium features available.

What currencies do you accept?

We support both Nigerian Naira (NGN) and US Dollars (USD). You can switch between currencies using the currency selector in the navigation bar. Prices are automatically converted based on current exchange rates.

How do I enroll in a course?

To enroll in a course:

  • Browse our course catalog
  • Click on a course to view details
  • Click "Enroll Now" and proceed to payment
  • Complete payment via Paystack
  • Access your course immediately after payment
Can I access courses on mobile devices?

Yes! Our platform is fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices. You can watch video lessons, take quizzes, and track your progress from any smartphone or tablet.

How long do I have access to a course?

Once you enroll in a course, you have lifetime access to all course materials, including future updates. Learn at your own pace without any time restrictions.

Do courses have quizzes?

Yes! Many courses include quizzes to test your knowledge. Quizzes can be module-level (test specific topics) or course-level (comprehensive final exam). You'll receive instant feedback and can review your answers.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes! Upon completing a course, you'll receive a professionally designed certificate with a unique verification code. Certificates can be downloaded and shared on LinkedIn or with employers.

Can I download course videos?

Course videos are streamed online and are not available for download. This ensures you always have access to the latest version and protects our instructors' intellectual property.

How do I apply for a job?

To apply for a job:

  • Browse jobs on our job board
  • Click on a job to view full details
  • Click "Apply Now" (login required)
  • Submit your application with resume and cover letter
  • Track your application status in your dashboard
How do I post a job as an employer?

To post a job:

  • Register as an Employer
  • Get your company verified (recommended)
  • Go to your Employer Dashboard
  • Click "Post New Job"
  • Fill in job details and publish

Verification ensures quality and trust on our platform.

How does employer verification work?

Employer verification requires:

  • Company information submission
  • Business registration documents
  • Verification fee payment
  • Admin review and approval

This process protects job seekers from fraudulent postings.

Can I save jobs to apply later?

Yes! Click the bookmark icon on any job listing to save it. Access your saved jobs from your talent dashboard under "Saved Jobs".

How do I track my applications?

View all your applications in your talent dashboard. You'll see the status of each application (pending, reviewing, shortlisted, rejected, or accepted). Employers can update statuses, and you'll receive notifications for any changes.

Payment & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Paystack for secure payment processing. Accepted methods include:

  • Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Mobile Money
  • USSD
Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely! We use Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never store your card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you haven't accessed course content, contact us within 7 days of purchase. Email [email protected] with your order details.

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes! You'll receive a payment receipt via email immediately after successful payment. You can also download receipts from your student dashboard under "Payment History".

Do you offer payment plans?

Currently, all course payments are one-time fees. We're exploring installment options for future implementation. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Account & Profile

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password:

  • Go to the login page
  • Click "Forgot Password"
  • Enter your email address
  • Check your email for reset instructions
  • Click the link and create a new password

Reset links expire after 1 hour for security.

Can I change my email address?

Yes! Go to your profile settings and request an email change. You'll need to verify the new email address before the change takes effect.

How do I update my profile?

Access your profile settings from your dashboard. You can update your photo, bio, contact information, skills, portfolio links, and more. Keep your profile current to attract employers!

Can I delete my account?

Yes. To delete your account, contact us at [email protected] with your request. Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. Active course enrollments are non-refundable.

Can I have both Talent and Employer accounts?

Currently, each email can only be associated with one account type. If you need both functionalities, you'll need to create separate accounts with different email addresses.
